AVS Global Ship Supply is launching AVS+, its new digital customer portal designed to provide shipowners and operators with greater speed, transparency and control over vessel supply operations.
Being unveiled next week at SMM Hamburg 2026 (1-4 September), AVS+ combines AVS Global Ship Supply’s more than 40 years of ship supply and catering experience with digital technology, giving customers a centralised platform from which to manage key aspects of their global supply operations.
The portal enables users to manage vessels, catering services and contracts centrally, while fleet-wide catering policies covering areas such as dietary requirements, drink allowances, bonded stores and festive meals can be defined and applied across multiple vessels.
Real-time KPI metrics provide greater visibility of active, expiring and completed contracts, with users able to search by vessel or IMO number, filter information and export data for further analysis and reporting.
AVS+ has also been designed to simplify the ordering process. Users can create orders by entering a vessel name, port and estimated time of arrival before selecting the products required. Vessel tracking functionality allows users to track their own vessels and provides additional operational visibility, while historical information including previous orders, supply frequencies and port activity can be accessed through the platform.
Greater transparency over purchasing is provided through detailed invoice and reporting functionality, enabling customers to review products purchased, ports used and prices paid. An integrated support ticket system also allows users to communicate directly with the AVS team regarding orders or use of the platform.

Doğukan Şimşek, General Manager at AVS Global Ship Supply, said: “AVS+ is about bringing our decades of experience in global ship supply together with the speed, visibility and convenience that our customers increasingly expect from digital technology.
“Managing supplies across multiple vessels and ports involves a significant amount of information and coordination. With AVS+, we are bringing those processes together in one place, giving our customers greater oversight while making everyday tasks simpler and faster.”
The launch forms part of AVS Global Ship Supply’s continued focus on combining its established global supply capabilities with digital solutions that support more efficient vessel operations.
