Sanmar celebrated the steel cutting of the 100th Boğaçay Series tugboat, based on the proven RAmparts 2400SX design developed by its long-standing design partner Robert Allan Ltd., with a special ceremony held at its Altınova Shipyards.
The ceremony brought together Robert Allan Ltd. President & CEO Mike Fitzpatrick, representatives of ABS, Sanmar management and employees to celebrate an important milestone in a long-standing partnership that has helped shape the modern tugboat industry.
The steel cutting of the 100th tug in the Boğaçay Series represents not only a significant production achievement for Sanmar, but also the enduring strength of a collaboration that has contributed to the development of the modern tugboat industry for more than three decades.
The Boğaçay Series has become one of the most successful and widely preferred tugboat ranges designed by Robert Allan Ltd. and built by Sanmar.
