Interocean Group has formed a joint venture with Baku, Azerbaijan based Green Line Shipping to strengthen Caspian energy and maritime capability.
The new venture expands Interocean’s operation in Azerbaijan and the wider Caspian region, combing global standards with local delivery expertise to support safe, reliable and increasingly sustainable integrated asset solutions.
Interocean Energy Services FZCO, an Interocean Group company, announced a new joint venture with Green Line Shipping LLC in Baku, marking a strategic step in the Group’s continued expansion across key maritime and offshore energy markets.
The new venture strengthens Interocean’s presence in Azerbaijan and supports the Group’s wider growth model of combining international standards with strong local capability. In the Caspian region, where clients need technical discipline, regional knowledge and dependable execution, the partnership provides a more responsive platform for practical, reliable asset solutions.
