APM Terminals Jordan has signed a new three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the General Union for Workers in Seaports and Clearance.
The agreement was reached through constructive dialogue and mutual respect between the two parties. It establishes a framework governing working conditions at ACT for the next three years.
The CBA reflects a shared commitment to employees and to maintaining a stable and sustainable working environment. It also places employees at its center, reinforcing trust and cooperation between management and the workforce, while supporting the continuity of operations and services provided to customers and the wider Aqaba community.
APM Terminals Jordan expressed its appreciation to the Ministry of Labor, the General Union for Workers in Seaports and Clearance, and all stakeholders who contributed to reaching the agreement.
