Regarded as one of the most important exhibitions in the global maritime industry in Türkiye and region, Expomaritt Exposhipping İstanbul opened its doors at the İstanbul Expo Center with its largest edition to date. Continuing to lead the industry by showcasing the latest innovations and developments in maritime technologies, shipbuilding, maintenance & repair, and logistics, Expomaritt Exposhipping İstanbul 2025 will welcome visitors until the evening of Friday, February 21.
Chairman of the board of İMEAK Chamber of Shipping Tamer Kıran, stated in his opening speech that Expomaritt Exposhipping İstanbul is a trade fair that successfully brings together the entire Turkish maritime industry under one roof. Noting that the exhibition has set a record in terms of square meters this year, Kıran said, “As a sector, we produce high-quality and high-tech products that compete globally. Expomaritt Exposhipping İstanbul, held in three halls at the İstanbul Expo Center, is hosting exhibitors from, China, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Norway, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Bulgaria, Brazil, Lebanon, Panama, and Estonia along with Türkiye. The exhibition hosts over 1.000 national and international brands, ranging from shipyards and shipbuilding firms to steel and composite material manufacturers, electronic navigation system providers, machinery and engine producers, ship spare parts and equipment suppliers, logistics companies, and maintenance & repair firms.
Conference Program Main Focus on “Sustainability”
Shedding light on the future of the maritime industry, this major event not only showcases sectoral innovations but also hosts a series of seminars and panels featuring leading experts in the field. The main theme of this year’s conference program, which will take place on February 19-20, is “Sustainability.”
