Monjasa is proud to introduce its latest fleet members, LBV Green Zeebrugge (108m, 5,000 cubic metres) and FSU Shandong Juniper (290m, 130,000 cubic metres), which recently completed their first ship-to-ship operation in the United Arab Emirates.
“Following our first successful cruise line supplies in Dubai, the next step is to cover all UAE ports, where we see a demand for LNG bunkering,” said Casper Borgen, Trading Director Middle East & Africa.

Enhancing LNG Supply and Logistics
These two new fleet additions play a crucial role in enhancing our logistics and supply. Operating at an ultra-low temperature of -162 degrees Celsius, they bridge the gap between LNG loading terminals, designed primarily for large gas carriers, and the smaller supply tankers needed to efficiently deliver LNG to customer vessels.
Commitment to Cleaner Shipping
LNG offers a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, producing 20% less CO2 than oil, making it a viable solution for shipowners to comply with EEXI (Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index) and the CII (Carbon Intensity Indicator), which regulate emissions in the maritime industry.
Finally, Monjasa extends its best wishes for fair winds and following seas to all crew members onboard its expanding LNG fleet.
