OSJ Conference, Middle East goes live in Dubai

Riviera Maritime Media has announced the Offshore Support Journal Conference, Middle East 2021 will be in Dubai with a full programme as a live event on 28-29 November 2021

“We have run an extensive series of webinars and virtual conferences to keep our friends and clients in the offshore supply vessel (OSV) sector engaged and collaborating through the pandemic,” said Riviera Maritime Media managing director Steve Labdon. “One of those was the Offshore Support Journal, Middle East Virtual Conference that we produced in November 2020. We are elated to reach the point where we can once again welcome the OSV industry to Dubai. At Riviera, we are dedicated to engaging with our global audience through our print, digital, online and event platforms,” added Mr Labdon, “and live conferences are vital pillars for our communities to network and exchange business intelligence.”

Swire Pacific Offshore (Dubai) commercial director Ryan Smith will kick-off the event with a keynote address on 28 November. Mr Smith will detail the energy transition’s impact on offshore support vessel owners and what he sees for the industry’s future.

Over the course of the two-day conference, leading offshore support vessel owners, energy analysts and technologists will provide insightful analysis and unique perspectives on the offshore energy markets – made more complex by the global restart from Covid and the lingering challenges created by the pandemic. They will share their experiences, review the latest industry data, market trends and drivers and arm you with the information needed to ensure solid decision making for future success and growth.
