The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) has received reports from several vessel masters in the vicinity of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, stating that they were instructed via VHF broadcast to move from their anchorages.
Authorities are currently investigating the matter. Vessels operating in the area are advised to remain vigilant and report any further suspicious activity.
