Uni-Tankers has announced the order of eight new 7,600 DWT stainless steel chemical tankers under long-term agreements, marking a significant step in the continued renewal of its fleet.
The vessels are scheduled for delivery starting in 2028 from Haidong Shipyard in Taizhou, China.
The investment marks an important milestone for Uni-Tankers and reflects the company’s continued commitment to strengthening and renewing its fleet with modern, energy-efficient tonnage. The vessels will gradually replace older tonnage and strengthen the company’s ability to provide even greater service to customers across its core markets.

Uni-Tankers said it will leverage the new vessels as it continues its pursuit of long-term growth, operational excellence, and responsible maritime transportation.
Each vessel will have a 7,600 DWT, 4,998 GRT, BV Class, and Malta flag, with 14 tanks and a cargo capacity of 8,310 cubic metres.
