Polaris Marine Constructions & Services has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Petromarine Egypt (PME), marking a strategic step toward strengthening collaboration across the maritime and offshore sectors.
The agreement aims to drive joint execution and innovation in key areas including ship design and naval architecture, shipbuilding and marine construction, offshore and marine engineering solutions, as well as marine and environmental consultancy services.
By combining technical expertise, operational capabilities, and regional presence, both companies are well positioned to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions across Egypt and the wider MENA region.
