Sheet cutting ceremony held at UZMAR Shipyards
UZMAR Shipyard has witnessed the sheet metal cutting ceremony of two "TRAktor V3900-DF" tugboats with Voith tractor type propeller and Turkey's first LNG-Diesel dual fuel system, at the shipyard’s modern shipbuilding facility in Kocaeli Free Zone.
Under the construction number NB158-NB159, the tugboats will be built by UZMAR Shipyard for the Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company BOTAŞ.

The ceremony was attended by UZMAR Chairman A. Noyan Altuğ, BOTAŞ Petroleum Operations Regional Manager Mehmet Tecimen, BOTAŞ Maritime Services Manager Halil Sevimli, Başiskele District Governor Necip Çakmak, Kocaeli Port President Erol Ekmekçi, Kocaeli DTO Chairman Vedat Doğusel, KOSBAŞ Chairman Ayhan Zeytinoğlu, in addition to the guests.
