Tanker ARK PROGRESS arrived at Dumai, Indonesia, Malacca Strait, on Apr 28, from New Mangalore, India, for a cargo of palm oil.
Several days later Master complained of having breath difficulties and fever, he was taken to hospital and sure enough, tested positive.
All 23 Indian crew were tested, 4 are under self-quarantine, Master as of May 6, remained at hospital. Other crew are healthy, cargo operations continues, with of course, all the safety measures taken.
