A new premium advisory layer from StormGeo aims to help shipowners turn vessel data into measurable operational and compliance gains. Announced in India, the service reflects growing demand for hands-on expertise in maritime digitilisation.
StormGeo has introduced a Premium Fleet Performance Center Service designed to help shipowners and managers translate vessel data into practical operational improvements.
The service was unveiled at the IME(I) Annual Event in India, signalling the company’s intent to deepen its engagement with the Indian shipping market and the wider Asia-Pacific region. It builds on StormGeo’s existing Fleet Performance Center services within its Voyage Intelligence framework and adds a structured advisory layer to the s-Insight platform.

For shipowners facing mounting reporting obligations under IMO DCS, CII, EU MRV, EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime, the new service offers quarterly data quality reviews led by StormGeo project managers. It also includes structured technical assessments covering auxiliary engine usage, trim, boiler efficiency and main engine consumption.
“The enhanced service layer provides a deeper level of expert engagement and structured follow-up, helping customers move from alerts to actionable improvement strategies,” Andersen explained.
