International Marine Construction Co. (IMCC) and Arab Development Establishment (ARDECO) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Abu Dhabi to explore cooperation opportunities and establish a joint venture aimed at delivering marine and offshore energy services and related support activities across the UAE.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Ahmad Al-Mnaifi, Chairman of IMCC, and Mr. Yousif Al Nowais, Chairman of ARDECO, in the presence of Mr. Maen Razouqi, Vice Chairman & CEO of IMCC, and Mr. Mohammed Al Nowais, Executive Director – Business Development at ARDECO.
With more than 98 years of combined experience, IMCC and ARDECO share a commitment to exploring opportunities that support the UAE’s maritime, energy, and industrial sectors through collaboration, knowledge exchange, and sustainable growth initiatives.
